Make our creative vision come true You will be part of the My LEGO Team responsible for creating and maintaining a platform rewarding social and personal experiences to consumers across all touch points. We tie together all digital LEGO Experiences, creating deeper consumer engagement - mainly for our primary target audience of 7-12 year olds. As Creative Manager, you will drive creative development of the My LEGO and Club HQ platforms, focusing on the user experience and the user journey. More specifically, you will: Be a key part of the Creative Team as well as be responsible for the consumer voice within the wider My LEGO Development Team. Help manage future transition from Club HQ to new My LEGO experience. Be the key point of contact with CMA Digital Solutions and CIT in delivering the right components. Transfer learnings and knowledge of children aged 7-12 user behavior into the new My LEGO Team as well as support member transition from Club HQ to My LEGO platform in key markets. Help develop relevant user journeys and support development of the digital system inside the wider LEGO Ecosystem. Help create unique consumer experiences You will join a company that is passionate about the impact of play and where creativity and deep engagement are cornerstones. In creating experiences where everything links digitally, you will help take the digital LEGO Experiences to a whole new level, establishing strong, direct relationships with LEGO Fans all over the world. The My LEGO Team is an important driver across the entire LEGO Group, and as such, you will play a key role in realising the digitalisation agenda.
