We are now looking for a strong and detail oriented manager to handle the Danish Business Unit (DBU) Global Management System (GMS), where all procedures etc. are described and filed. The position will be placed in the HSE department, and will be responsible for GMS for DBU. The overall responsibility of the Head of GMS Section is to provide general assistance to the HSEQ department with focus on the GMS, and assist and support the entire DBU in GMS related matters. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the GMS section (Currently one GMS Coordinator) in DBU in close cooperation with the focal points/administrators involved In coordination with local and global IT ensure high availability and stability for GMS DBU Advice, assist and guide users of GMS, including process modelling within the GMS Specify system functional change requirements and submit to global GMS custodian Collaborate with corporate GMS team and teams in other business units to share best practice and discuss possible system improvements Review/create test plans and release plans for new functionality Test new functionality before deployment (UAT) Ensure that users have the required training and are properly supported with current and relevant training material Who we are looking for The ideal candidate has a relevant background from the HSEQ or IT business area with special focus on management systems (For example ISO 9001/14001) and process modelling You possess great IT skills and knowledge of Qualiware Lifecycle Manager and Process modelling tools in general. As a person you have an eye for details combined with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Furthermore you are a natural leader with the ability to communicate in a precise and positive manner. Experience from a large and international organization will be an advantage. You should be proficient in verbal and written English and Danish.
