Are you an experienced tool constructor within injection moulding? This is an opportunity to work in a challenging position with state of the art equipment to continuously improve the LEGO® Brick for the builders of tomorrow. Ensure high quality LEGO® Moulds As Technical Lead, you work in Mould Qualification to ensure that our moulds live up to all quality requirements. In particular, you: Work closely with a strong team to analyse and optimise the moulding process in terms of time and quality Make sure that tool construction is up to date in terms of changes and adjustments from internal stakeholders or from external partners Ensure that the mould quality lives up to LEGO Standards before the moulds are delivered to manufacturing Contribute to adjustments and problem solving in the repair shop Ensure that we contribute to supporting and training global manufacturing in Hungary and Mexico to ensure a global department Be a part of our Lean work and mindset in our department. Quality focused with specialist skills The main challenge in this position is to manage many complex tasks at once, and making sure that this does not affect quality, lead time, cooperation and complying with delivery time.
