We are offering you the unique chance of becoming part of the Nets’ Procurement team as a Procurement Analyst, where you will be responsible for building our capability within analysing procurement data, evaluating incoming bids and increasing transparency in how Nets spend money. Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Based on complex data from many different data sources like spend data, consumption data, benchmark data and market data, have flair for and practical experience in producing, communicating and developing simple and easy-to-understand analyzes and reports
• Participate in tender processes where you conduct price analyses, evaluation of incoming bids and savings calculations that you present to a broad range of stakeholders and decision makers
• Responsible for developing relevant Procurement reports that can increase transparency in how Nets spend money and will be used in dialogues with internal stakeholders and Nets management
• Create reports that can be used to monitor and follow-up on compliance to processes and policies
• Maintain, improve and develop the tools we use for reporting and the data we have access to.

Your professional qualifications and background should include:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in e.g. business, economics or similar
• Preferably you have basic procurement knowledge
• Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to create good relationships with stakeholders – internally and externally
• Oral and verbal English business language skills and strong proficiency herein is needed
• Experience from working in international organizations is an advantage.
