If so, you might be the individual we are looking for to become our new colleague in GN ReSound’s Corp PLM department. GN ReSound is a subsidiary of GN Store Nord A/S and is the leading international manufacturer of advanced technology hearing instruments. PLM Engineering, which is an established function in R&D located in Ballerup, is responsible for Product Data Management all through the Product Lifecycle Process. You will be working with varied tasks in a dynamic environment and be involved in several product development projects at the same time, thus you will need to switch from one task to another quite often and prioritize your work carefully in order to satisfy many different stakeholders. You will participate as project member in several development projects and support many other functions such as R&D, Product Marketing and Global Supply Chain. Your partners are primarily located in Ballerup but you will also interface with staff in both the US and China. You will mostly work with “Agile PLM System” and also be involved in improving system and processes by giving feedback from your daily work. Working area •The main focus is on supporting R&D projects by creating and controlling product data, BOM configuration and documentation in our Agile PLM System •Change Management and quality assurance of change orders •Sustaining of existing product data and documentation •Ensuring that product data, changes and documentation are always adhered to the company processes and procedures Your background •You have a background within Engineering, Production Technique, Quality Assurance, or the like •You have experience in product data configuration within mechanical construction or electronics and are not afraid of operational tasks •You are experienced in Change Management and Product Data Management and have a broad knowledge of Build of Materials structure •You are an experienced user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint •You understand technical drawings and any experiences in design of plastic construction and manufacturing processes will be an advantage Personal skills •You are an independent, dedicated person and work energetically, structured and goal-oriented •You take a pride in your work and contribution and have a strong desire for making a difference •You are thorough, effective and persistent and are motivated by working with challenging tasks across the business in an international work environment •You have a positive can-do-attitude and value progress which makes you self-driven and proactive •You enjoy building good relations with your colleagues and achieving goals together with them which makes you a valued team player •You are systematic, flexible, outgoing and service-minded, and like working with details and value high quality in your work •You communicate well both in writing and orally in English and have a good understanding of cultural differences.
