We are looking for a Project Manager in Shipping & Customer Service in the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) CVP area. Reporting to the Shipping Associate Manager, you can look forward to a diverse role where you will be a key player in defining the future model for our distribution activities within the Supply Chain Planning unit. About the department Shipping & Customer Service in Novo Nordisk is working in an international and customer focused organisation to secure fast and reliable global import/export in compliance with relevant requirements for Novo Nordisk and our customers. Our most important objective is to secure delivery of Novo Nordisk products – in the right quality and at competitive prices – to our affiliates and direct customers around the world. The job As Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing distribution related compliance activities in a complex and highly-regulated environment. You will drive compliance signal activities globally and support transport validation activities together with our internal validation partners, experts as well as key stakeholders from Manufacturing Development, External Affairs, Corporate & Product Supply Quality, Supply Chain Planning Quality, Production Sites, Affiliates and Regulatory Affairs. Your responsibilities will be to assess compliance signals received from external affairs and perform gap analysis. To define and propose key activities and resources required to fulfil the compliance gap. To obtain relevant stakeholder and management approval. To implement the proposed activities. To support validation activities with internal and external stakeholders.To support other shipping optimization projects. You will independently analyze and interpret information and data provided by stakeholders and will make tactical decisions based on it. You will develop project plans including key milestones in collaboration with transport validation partners, experts in shipping and manufacturing development. You will secure management approval for milestones and maintain an overview of your project portfolio. You will be driving continuous improvement of our distribution of Novo Nordisk products according to regulatory, logistics and customer requirements.You will in addition work very closely with our transport validation partner, project managers and distribution and cold chain specialist. You will act as a back-up for some of these roles and will participate in various activities or initiatives on storage & distribution. Qualifications To master the job as Project Manager you have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with focus on the details. You hold as a minimum a Masters’ Degree, with excellent results. You have excellent command of English, both written and oral. The ability to operate independently and interact with other functions is a must in order to succeed in the position. Preferably you have strong understanding of GxPs and have some experience working with project management in a GxP environment. You have a high quality mind-set and have demonstrated use of critical thinking and problem solving skills to address, correct and prevent issues.
