Operations Support, Spares & Tools Planning Spares & Tools Planning resides in the Global Service organization and is overall responsible for the operational planning of the Vestas service supply chain on global scale. We are looking for an energetic, well structured, independent and theoretical well founded Project Manager to join the Operations Support team. Operations Support is supporting the operational business by business and process development in the entire supply chain of supplying spare parts and tools to both service and construction. As our service business is growing and our market requirements are becoming more demanding, we are continuously adapting our supply chain. This brings large complex cross-organizational projects to be managed. First focus area will be to develop and drive the implementation of a solid warehouse capacity management process, as a step in the ladder towards a global SIOP process. Responsibilities: Conceptualise, define and drive large complex projects as part of the overall roadmap for developing an integrated supply chain for service and construction Manage and control project progress and reporting Plan and time internal and external resources Ensure proper risk management during the course of the project Manage the transition of maturing the stakeholders both internally in the Global Service organization as well as in other organizational units Participate in defining the overall strategic and tactical road map for Global Service Qualifications: Project Management certified e.g. Prince 2 or IPMA M.Sc., HD or B.Sc. degree within Logistics, SCM or similar 5+ years of practical experience in driving complex projects in large organizational set-up Solid knowledge and experience with supply chain management and conceptualization Solid process and system knowledge Strong change management and stakeholder management skills Competencies: Excellent communication skills in English Extrovert and corporative approach Flexible regarding work hours (international environment) A good team player Proactive and self-driven Pragmatic and structured Capabilities to visualize complex solutions Problem solving oriented but at the same time firm in sticking to the plan and the concept Experience with ERP-systems/SAP is an advantage What we offer: We offer a challenging environment with the possibilities to drive the set up of the future service supply chain.
