As part of the reorganization currently taking place in Service Wind Power, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Training Development department in Brande. The training development department is overall responsible for developing training materials and equipment used at our training centres worldwide. As a Project manager your overall responsibility will be to project manage various training development projects of both short and long term perspective. What are my responsibilities? As a Project Manager within training development your main responsibility will cover Identify training needs on selected focal areas Drive development projects of both smaller and larger character and complexity Coordinate handover of projects to internal or external training providers globally Ensure associated cost reductions are measured and reported correctly Cooperate with different SME’s You must expect 25-30 travel days per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical background with at least 3 years of experience with project management You are a highly structured and well organized project manager who excels in cooperating with specialized developers You are self-driven, proactive and persistent in completing your projects You demonstrate excellent communication skills and excel in establishing relations with various stakeholders. In addition, you are an active listener and fluent in English - orally as well as in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
