We are now looking for a Project Manager to support our Supply Chain Management Nacelle Plants with various projects for our NPI Department operating with internal projects within Global Nacelle. The department consists of 15 employees with a wide cultural background. What are my responsibilities? · Ensure effective and efficient introduction of new products. · Implementation of larger revisions and product transfers including production start. · Serve as a strong link in projects between R&D, Procurement and Production. · Provide and develop professional project management, creating excellent manufacturing technology solutions. · Manage internal cross-functional projects (categories A to C) with the responsibility for scope, quality, time line and budget. · Functional lead of intercultural teams in a matrix organization. · Manage internal and external key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction. · Manage risks and opportunities. · Perform change management and ensure project communication. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Engineering or the similar. · 5-8 years of Project Management experience with full responsibility for scope, quality, time line and budget. · Experience with factory ramp up, new product introduction, production and process optimization (additional IT project experience is an advantage). · 3-5 years of experience with managing intercultural teams. · As a person you are proactive, a strong communicator as well as result and solution oriented. · You possess excellent English skills. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
