Can you make our fans' ideas come true as new LEGO® products? If you bring profound understanding of the LEGO® organisation, processes and stakeholder management, this job will bring you inspiration, challenges and potential successes far beyond the average. Masterplans, budgets, project and stakeholder management… Your overall focus is to combine the best of our fans’ imagination and the LEGO organisational capabilities and bring new and exciting products to the market. As part of the Community Engagement and Events (CEE) department your primary tasks will be to: Manage the process for bringing co-created products to the market - from idea to final launch Develop masterplans and budgets for various functions across CEE department - including budget monitoring and follow up on budget across CEE Lead cross organisational project teams – staffing, planning, team building, daily management Handle and monitor agreements with internal and external stakeholders Ensure the right procurement, logistic and market setup to drive the products smoothly through the LEGO value chain Ensure ongoing optimisation of our process and operation model Ensure alignment with the LEGO values and product portfolio Travel 1-2 weeks per year to meet contacts primarily in Europe and the US Combine your creative and logical mind and make the most of yourself This job will give you the opportunity to think both logically and creatively in everything you do.
