Would you like to work with a highly prioritised area in the LEGO Group? This a unique opportunity to combine your skills in timing, quality and cost driving to successfully manage our task of hiring 80 - 100 Specialists to help us in our growth and intensifying our sustainability efforts? Drive the resource plan and recruitment portfolio You will join the Engineering & Quality (E&Q) HR team as Project/Portfolio Manager. Here, you become responsible for managing the recruitment portfolio, maintaining a holistic overview as well as facilitating and managing the contact points between HR, hiring managers and recruitment partners. In particular, you: Deliver portfolio management of the E&Q people plan and recruitment done by both internal and external partners Ensure the necessary communication, coordination, documentation, visual management and alignment with relevant stakeholders in E&Q, HR and external recruitment partners Work in coherence with HR & Recruitment processes Support Recruitment partners, the business and hiring managers in securing progress on people plan and recruitment activities Gain the support and knowledge sharing from an experienced Project Manager team spanning the entire LEGO Group Planet Promise The LEGO Group is an international, family-owned business and collaboration shapes everything we do.
