Are you looking for an opportunity to use all of your expertise within ink and paints and take your knowledge to a new level? Then join us to influence the LEGO Group decoration solutions and travel up to 50 days a year. Develop and maintain our ink and paint portfolio Alongside 3 colleagues, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality ink and paint portfolio. You work with ink, paint, thinners and how to apply it to LEGO® Elements, specialising in different material types and how to process these. Sometimes you focus exclusively on material development and specifications, but you will also step into workshops, where you guide designers and processing teams. Finally, you also get to visit our production facilities across the world to give expert advice. Specifically, you: Define and implement technical specifications and standards to meet business requirements Approve, assure and optimise material quality Advise and manage technical topics and problem solving Maintain and develop technical relations to suppliers Are accountable for material performance to meet business requirements and deliver great decoration products to designers, processing teams and consumers alike Share your ideas and impact our performance In the Materials department, you join 20 colleagues in a fast growing team. We focus on maintaining a safe, high quality and sustainable material platform for the LEGO® Products. To do this, we cooperate across the entire LEGO Group, and you get to use your skills to educate and help Novelty and Element Designers as well as Quality, Procurement and Processing departments. You communicate with a great number of both internal and external partners.
