Til total-entreprenør virksomhed i vækst søges en erfaren bogholder, som kan bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag. Dine arbejds- og ansvarsområder bliver:
Ansvar for det totale regnskab fra bogføring til afstemning af samtlige balancekonti
Fakturering i samarbejde med vores sekretær
Bogføring og betaling af kreditorbilag og finansbilag i samarbejde med vores sekretær
Opfølgning på projekters økonomi og fakturering i samarbejde med projektlederne
Opgørelse, afstemning og indberetning af moms Debitor- og kreditorstyring, herunder løbende opfølgning, afstemning og rykkerprocedurer
Lønadministration gennem Bluegarden
Opgørelse af igangværende arbejde
Udarbejde måneds- og årsregnskaber og drøfte disse med ledelsen
Klargøring til revisor, herunder udarbejdelse af alle relevante afstemninger
Ad hoc-opgaver
Du har helst solid erfaring som bogholder/regnskabsmedarbejder gerne fra håndværks- eller entreprenørbranchen og har erfaring med projektregnskaber. Vigtigst er dog, du kan dit regnskabsmæssige håndværk – den rigtige person vil hurtigt kunne sætte sig ind i bogholderiet. Det vil være en fordel hvis du har erfaring med C5 og gerne projektmodulet heri.
Vi tilbyder et spændende og selvstændigt bogholderjob, hvor du har ansvaret for bogholderiet og rapportering til ledelse, bank og revisor. Vi er et ungt og dynamisk team af direktør, projektledere og en sekretær, som trives i en travl hverdag med en uformel omgangstone og med plads til et godt grin. Vores kontor er centralt beliggende i Aarhus. Timeantal fastsættes i samarbejde med dig, men vil være i intervallet 15-23 timer pr. uge.
