For our Wastewater department in Helsingør, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage, develop and expand our sales network across Europe, Asia and Africa. There will be approximately 60 travel days per year and in the beginning up to 80 days per year. What are my responsibilities? ? Managing, developing and expanding the sales network in the assigned world regions e.g. South East Asia, South and West Europe and Africa ? Being responsible for achieving order intake and profit margin targets in the assigned regions accordance to the agreed budget ? Finalizing technical clarification, securing and guiding resources to finalize commercial and contractual clarifications ? Being responsible for driving all project and setup related legal, commercial and anticorruption measures ? Driving proactive sales measures: Introduction of new products and solutions into the regional market (via existing and new sales channels) ? Aligning business unit setup with overall Siemens sales network What do I need to qualify for this job? ? Preferably you hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering ? You have industrial B2B experience ? You have experience with rotating equipment ? Experience in the municipal and wastewater industry is an advantage ? You are humble but yet result oriented ? You possess brilliant communicative skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing ? You have great cultural understanding and are used to working in an international environment In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
