You will work with engaged and dedicated colleagues supporting and implementing our Dynamics NAV/Navision core solutions globally. You will report to our Supply Chain and Enterprise Systems manager and have base at our head-quarter in Smørum. Job Content You will be part of our Supply Chain & Enterprise Systems team responsible for implementing and supporting Supply Chain and ERP solutions. You will be working with all our Dynamics NAV/Navision applications but primarily our Dynamics NAV core solution used in Diagnostics Instruments which develops, manufactures and markets a wide variety of technological solutions, ranging from state-of-the art digital hearing instruments and assistive listening devices to revolutionary new diagnostic systems. Your main work areas will be: Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support to William Demant sales and production companies worldwide, hereunder troubleshooting, analysis and bug fixing Interact with super users/key business users to understand needs, perform analysis and design new functionality as needed Participate in assigned projects and project handover Perform deployment according to internal processes and standards Create technical documentation and facilitate testing together with business users . Your profile You probably hold a relevant master's or bachelor's degree. You have a strong application insight within NAV preferable from multiple versions of NAV. You have at least 5 years of experience with development of NAV solutions. You have experience from a similar role in a major international enterprise or from a consultancy company. You have experience with business interaction and providing support to users, and you enjoy working in teams across business and IT. The key is that you can communicate, understand and solve complex technical and business issues with a smile and be service-minded. We expect you to speak and write fluent English. Travel for the role will be 20-40 days per year.
