Regulatory Affairs is looking for a senior IT project manager to be part of the ‘RA IT’ group. About the Department The RA IT department consists of a project management team and an IT Operation team. The project managers are responsible for execution of the IT implementation and upgrade projects of priority to the business. We are responsible for operating as Line of Business project managers in the individual projects – working closely with the project managers from R&D IT. Our working environment is characterised by both an informal tone and focus on reaching our goals. Quality, enthusiasm and energy are key words. The primary workplace for the group is Søborg – but some travel activity will be needed in relation to contacts with users, stakeholders and system vendors. The Job As IT project manager you will be responsible for managing one or more IT projects. The project, for which we are looking for a senior IT project manager, is a large upgrade project of our document management system, which is servicing more than 20.000 users in many different functions in a global organisation. Your area of responsibility will cover management of project activities from project initiation to solution implementation. As the business representative in the project management team, responsibility areas will be stakeholder management across Novo Nordisk. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating the business process analysis, requirements identification and the Change Management activities. Qualification You hold a master degree in business administration and computer science, engineering, pharmacology or related. You have a strong track-record of IT project management experience. In addition, you have previous experience from managing Change Management processes and thrive on the frontiers between technology, processes and people. Knowledge about LEAN tools and the pharma rule books (GxP and ISO) will be an advantage. You are extrovert, enthusiastic and well structured - good at following up on project progress and adherence to deadlines. You are empathetic and have strong communication skills, which enables you to co-operate with colleagues and stakeholders at many levels in the organisation. Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite, as you will be communicating globally – internally as well as externally.
