We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join SPX Flow Technology Danmark A/S, responsible for growing revenues of APV brand plate heat exchangers into the industrial and energy sectors (such as oil & gas, chemical, and district energy) predominantly in Central Europe, Benelux, and the UK & Ireland, and to lead the district energy growth plan for Europe. This will be achieved through developing the go to market strategy and growing sales via key accounts, channel partners, SPX sales entities and local assembly management. The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of four based in Germany and Benelux. This key role within our global commercial organization is to be based in our office in Kolding, Denmark, with travel of 50-70 days per year. The successful candidate will be a collaborative relationship builder with persistence, high drive, a robust and resilient personality, and the ability to and thrive in situations of complexity and ambiguity. A technical mindset and a passion for working with complex process equipment in an engineering environment are expected. Candidate Profile •Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills •Experience in sales channel partner identification, development, and management •Proven sales record of complex process equipment, ideally heat exchanger •Experience in technical and commercial proposals and contract negotiation •Bachelor’s degree (BE) or equivalent; Degree in Export Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field is preferred •Proficiency in English and German is required •Ideally experience from managing a small team •Willingness to travel of 50-70 days per year Company Profile SPX Flow Technology designs, manufactures and installs highly engineered solutions used to process, blend, meter and transport fluids, in addition to solutions for air and gas filtration and dehydration.
