The catalyst between business and IT As Product Owner, you will focus on digital platform development for LEGO® Education. Thus, you will be the catalyst in converting business requirements into IT specifications, enabling IT developers to deliver platforms with optimal user experience. In doing so, you: Own and manage the backlogs of change and project requests on the LEGO® Education web shop and marketing site Gather and manage end user requirements, and manage the development cycle, i.e. follow the progress of each item in the workflow, and help facilitate planning and prioritization of the work Serve as partner to the business regarding technical demands, and work closely with stakeholders, e.g. customers or internal functions, to help them understand what solutions may be available for them to meet their objectives Help guide new principals and processes that enable the appropriate governance, help define requirements in line with what is technically doable, and help ensure that solutions follow LEGO Standards LEGO Education: Enabling every student to succeed LEGO Education delivers playful learning experiences to preschools, schools and afterschool programs. Strong communicator and networker This is a role, where you need to have excellent communication skills, particularly as you will be working with many stakeholders and establishing networks. You excel at paying attention to detail and are structured in the way you work. You enjoy working in a team, yet independently, and you use your competencies instead of your mandate to gain influence. Finally, you actively seek out new knowledge of marketing and IT trends to stay ahead of development and explain how they support our business goals. Your qualifications: You have 3-5 years of experience from a similar role or as a Solution Architect, giving you a solid understanding of UX and software development in particular web based development You have a solid background with agile development and preferably knowledge of Scrum or SAFe and Most likely, you have been Lead Architect in full lifecycle projects You hold a BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Engineering or IT You have a solid process understanding and enjoy optimizing it for the sake of maximizing customer value.
