Deliver on the vision for LEGO ID You will be based in our Identity & Insights Platforms department, part of Digital Solutions, where you will be the product owner of LEGO ID platform, a central product in the LEGO Group’s digital future. Having a front role in the Digital Experience Platform team, your main focus will be to further develop, drive and push the identity management platform. Thus, you will be working in the cross section between the business and software development, and your responsibilities will be to: Set the direction for the platform, making informed, strategic decisions, combining market needs, business requirements and your vision for the platform Conduct strong stakeholder management, creating valuable relationships through solid communication of needs and issues to stakeholders in and outside of the team Function as the product owner in an agile / SCRUM environment where you ensure the backlog is up to date and correctly prioritised so the team can execute efficiently Analyse customer requirements and mature business needs into technical platform solutions Trusted to perform At the LEGO Group, you will have the opportunity to apply you logical and creative thinking to everything you do. Ambitious and excelling at stakeholder management This is a position that requires you to have a collaborative mind-set and excellent stakeholder management skills. You are able to navigate in the business, learn the many interfaces of LEGO ID, as well as the many stakeholders involved. As you will be helping define business needs, you must have a good sense for details as well as a visionary streak to you, just as you know how to identify and prioritise between nice and need to have in relation to demands and needs.
