Do you have a proven track record in Channel Management and/or Distribution Sales, ideally combined with a solid Consulting Background? Do you relish the thought of initiating sales excellence projects of global proportions and, what is more, driving them through to realisation and optimizing their impact as you move forward. You will be part of the Sales and Marketing Program within Danfoss Business Systems (DBS). We are a team of in-house consultants responsible for supporting Danfoss sales and marketing teams around the globe in their pursuit of continuous improvement. Your new challenges As a member of our team, you will optimise and codify our indirect sales model and facilitate the roll out across the Danfoss Group. From establishing an overarching Playbook for our Indirect Sales model through competence maps to the crucial details of contract management – you will scrutinise every facet of the business with a view to improving the efficiency and efficacy of our Indirect Sales model. Your work will span the entire globe and all segments within the company. Engaging with the respective Sales and Marketing Leaders, you will have to be capable of involving these stakeholders in "your" change processes and inspiring them to contribute. Your qualifications •Minimum 5-10 years of experience and strong track record in the field of Distribution and Indirect Sales •At least five years' experience in international project and change ­management •Ability to "translate" complex issues into intelligible, clearly structured concepts •Innovation and vision in strategic development, complemented by precision and focus in execution •Excellent networker and enthusiastic team builder with the capacity to win others over to your ideas •Finely honed communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and mediate between multiple interests •Decisive global player with an outstanding command of English and the flexibility to travel Join our team & help us release the potential of this amazing world.
