We are currently looking for a Regulatory Associate with an interest in administrative tasks within late stage development project and improvement of internal processes. About the department We are a team of 7 highly engaged specialists working with a late stage development project aiming at development of new generation of mealtime insulin analogues. We are currently looking for a Regulatory Associate with experience within regulatory submissions to support our activities related to global development of new insulin analogue. The Job In our team you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, cross-departmental collaboration and the challenges of international communication. Your main responsibility will be mangment and compilation of regulatory documents, as well as preparation of patient information leaflet and label for regulatory submission. You will also be involved in administration and coordination of a wide range of regulatory tasks to ensure a smooth workflow in our department – but also among our stakeholders within Novo Nordisk headquarters and affiliates. You will work together with dedicated and highly engaged professionals developing and executing regulatory strategies with the aim to make innovative medicines available for patients with diabetes Qualifications You have experience from working in Regulatory Affairs and preferably within regulatory submissions. You have an educational background as pharmaeconomist, medical secretary, bachelor in science, marketing, English or similar. You have a flair for IT systems and experience with MS Office applications as you will be responsible for managing data entry and electronic filing in our various databases and document management systems. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. On a personal level, you are very structured, systematic and you have a strong quality mind-set. You are a team player, but also enjoy working independently. You have a positive attitude, good sense of humour, and you keep your spirits high also under pressure.
