Grow the business through enhancement of markets and customers

You and your colleagues in the team have one major and overriding objective which is to enhance our business through intensive and sharpened focus on both customer and market. You establish the customer relations and use your considerable industry, market and customer know-how to listen to the customers and through this continue to build sustainable business. In brief, you:

 

• Manage sales activities and pipeline in Ukraine and Moldova for cement customers, within upgrade projects, products, retrofit solutions, parts and services for their cement plants to reach defined business results.
• Investigate and analyze customer- and market trends within the area which you will be geographically responsible for. 
• Support the customer(s) in optimizing their process and profitability sustainably through the FLSmidth portfolio of offerings.
• Identify potential market- and project prospects.
• Plans and execute sales activities in order to meet determined sales objectives.
• Develop and retain key customer contacts to build long-term profitable relationships and enhance sales opportunities.
• Engage in- and contribute to the sales teams which you will be part of, in your daily work.

   

  Your base station is preferably from the home office in Ukraine, Moldova but it could also be in any of the nearby countries. You are expected to travel approx. 100 days/year in the region visiting customers. You should be fluent in English and your mother tongue is preferably Ukrainian and/or Russian.

   

Sound sales experience and solid theoretical background

You have considerable experience within the cement industry preferably with a solid sales personality. As a minimum you have a technical bachelor degree and preferably added a business degree hereto or have build-up a proven sales record. Moreover, you are very comfortable maneuvering in an international and multi-cultural setting and know how to behave between geographical, cultural and social diversities. Your ability of working with others is essential in this position and experience from working in teams is a must. Working in a market that mirrors growth potential you use your energy and great ideas to generate ambitious strategies for realizing this growth. You implement activities with a positive attitude and work persistently to close the contracts and achieve the targets.
