Job ID: 176167 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time For our Order Management department within Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Brande, Denmark we are looking for a strong and experienced SCM Specialist to handle improvement projects and processes. As a SCM Specialist you will be part of a team of 14 highly qualified employees and the key liaison between SCM and the Market Units. What are my responsibilities? · Analyzing and optimizing the organization’s processes to enhance and improve performance. · Prioritizing projects and alignments with the Market Units. · Being responsible for improvement projects, project tracking and reporting. · Establishing operational internal relations, identifying and resolving conflicts. · Establishing SCM-oriented customer relations in order to meet customer expectations. · Preparing detailed status reports on projects and presenting these to the management group. · Cooperating with the internal procurement, controlling and logistics functions to ensure acceptance and adherence to SC processes, guidelines and tools. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. within Business Administration, Procurement or similar combined with 3-5 years of professional experience from a global environment within the areas of strategic procurement or supply chain management · You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and have a good understanding of the general corporate business practices. · As a person you possess strong negotiation and networking skills and are an impactful communicator. · Additionally, you are an experienced user of SAP and Microsoft Office, and you possess good English skills both orally and in writing. Preferably you can communicate in Danish as well. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
