For our Jack-Up Operations department in Service Wind Power we are looking for a Coordinator to order, monitor and coordinate the use of equipment and parts to ensure safe, reliable and efficient execution of jack-up service operations globally in order to meet the full expectations from our customers. The Jack-Up team is responsible for handling the main component exchanges on off-shore turbines globally, comprising the planning, manning, commercial aspects, managing/monitoring the execution of the operations, procurement of parts and components for the operations etc. What are my responsibilities? Handle the overall responsibility for parts, tools & equipment documentation, logistics and process (end-to-end, onshore/offshore) in cooperation with relevant internal and external partners. Develop, maintain and optimize processes and procedures Act as one point of contact for the regions and report to stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Monitor KPI’s and handle NCR (non conformance reports) Act as dedicated support and troubleshooter for the team on board the jack-ups (operating 24/7) Ensure compliance with the defined budget and provide support to commercial counterparts in connection with tender/budget. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have experience from a similar position or from a position as technical project manager in a global organization. You are used to working with SAP and possess strong IT skills. You are a team player with a positive attitude, wanting to be part of a young and dynamic team. Furthermore you are self driven, a strong motivator, structured, analytical and stable as a rock but adoptable to an ever-changing environment fits your description. You are service-minded with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to take ownership and provide stakeholders with peace of mind. You fully understand the concept of “Operation 24/7” and end-to-end deliveries. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
