Nordea Capital Markets IT is going through a massive change as part of simplifying Nordea. In Financial Risk Control IT (FRC) we have a big project to realize this change and maximize business value delivered to our business, and we are looking for a good scrum master to help us on the journey. So if you are an experienced scrum master and want to be challenged into mastery of your skills, this is the position for you! The position we offer As a part of FRC IT, you will support a number of teams and the FRC organisation as a whole on the agile journey. We have started the journey, but there is still a long way to go. Your main responsibilities will be: •Servant leader of the team •Facilitating meetings •Take care of team dynamics •Serves and educate the Product Owner •Helping stakeholders to understand and enact collaborative and empirical product development •Help the team to improve metrics. Help the team to define the best metrics •Lead continuous improvement for your team •Lead and train your team in the XP Practices The qualifications you need We imagine that the ideal candidate(s) bring: •Extensive experience as Scrum master •Great communication and coaching skills, a good story teller •Passionate about agile and lean ways of working •Passionate about team dynamics •Good understanding of the software development process •Really cares about people, know how to motivate people and help the team to be high performance •Challenge the team when needed •Ability to coach individuals and groups •Passionate about creating a great place to work for everyone around you •You live out of your comfort zone Finally, you can show a track record of successful projects applying the Agile principles and values.
