Copenhagen Local/International Finance/Economics Ref.: MO-047884 As Business Performance manager within Maersk Oil, Global Business Planning and Performance Management, you will play a central role in driving business performance management throughout Maersk Oil. We Offer You will be part of a small, flexible team that works closely with senior management and is responsible for target setting, process planning as well as management reporting and performance management; linking corporate strategy, business plans and financial forecasting/reporting across Maersk Oil. You will be working in close cooperation with multiple stakeholders across the entire organization and the position will provide a strong network and foothold for a future career within Maersk Oil. Key Responsibilities Your primary tasks will include: •Lead in developing scorecards and business performance contracts •Develop and prepare business performance dashboards and analysis •Coordinate planning and performance input from business units in close cooperation with stakeholders across the organisation •Prepare quarterly performance reviews for senior management •Lead/participate in the continuous improvements of global processes, templates and tools •Contribute to department/ad hoc tasks for senior management •Build strong working relationships with other Maersk Oil stakeholders and the A.P. Møller-Maersk Group. Who we are looking for We expect you to have a master degree, a min. 5-10 years working experience preferably within the upstream oil and gas industry and/or a proven track record with performance management and business planning. You have strong analytical skills, a passion for numbers and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. You must be strong on coordination, have good interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities as well as individual drive. You are pro-active and focused on execution and can communicate across all levels of the organization.
