Manage a fantastic team within a highly prioritised area of the LEGO Group. Work on new technologies, and experience the pride, commitment and shared sense of responsibility we feel, as we enable the LEGO® HR and EHS organisations. Help your team develop and deliver Leading the HR & EHS Solutions team in Corporate IT, you manage and develop 8 seasoned specialists. Simultaneously, you manage and further develop an offshore delivery team in India and a number of external consultants. Doing so, you help to design, build and maintain current and new HR and EHS IT solutions and applications, while you constantly strengthen the team's professional competencies to secure timely and high quality deliverables. In particular, you: Manage the team's project portfolio and resource allocation to ensure successful project deliverables, participating in and ensuring the execution of projects Make sure the team's competencies match our strategic enterprise application platform and project portfolio Facilitate the design, build and maintenance of our ERP platform within SAP HR, KRONOS and SAP EHSM Strategically design and implement HR and EHS solutions, collaborating with an enterprise architect to drive the architectural design and implementation of applications Help assess new ideas and project scopes for future HR and EHS solutions in collaboration with e.g. business relationship managers and project managers Live and act on our promise You join an organisation that will be sure to support you, as you develop an in-depth understanding of our HR and EHS solutions, their technical and architectural setup. IT and management experience Your success depends on your ability to support our customers, the HR and EHS organisations. Right now, they are going through a transformation, so we need to offer them all the help they need. Simultaneously, you can motivate and develop your team, and facilitate great collaborations with other IT departments so we develop lighter solutions focusing on UX and front-end. Your qualifications: You have 3+ years of IT experience from working with SAP EHSM, SAP HR and KRONOS Cloud applications. Alternatively, you have several year of experience from working with SAP implementations with team lead/project management experience. You have a proven track record of leading teams who design and implement applications within the HR and EHS area - ideally within an international company. You possess strong change management and communication skills, enabling you to interact with many different stakeholders through the LEGO Group You can travel 20 days per year, and you communicate effortlessly in English.
