Become a part of Product Management - Electricity in Kamstrup
Kamstrup is one of the world's leading manufacturers of intelligent metering solutions for energy and water consumption with the headquarters based in Stilling, south of Aarhus. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect and Team Lead for our solution architects, who are part of our Product Management in the Electricity division.

With direct reference to our Head of Product Management, Electricity, you become part of an international department with more than 140 colleagues in several European countries. In cooperation with both customer projects and development projects, you will help to ensure that Kamstrup's solutions always meet the customer's business needs. In the role of Team Lead you will get the managerial responsibility for a team of 4 employees. 

A job with focus on management and challenging integration projects
As Senior Solution Architect and Team Lead for our solution architects, you will be responsible for your team's deliveries, competence development and motivation. You will therefore be responsible for employee development and assignment distribution.

You get a crucial role in Kamstrup's major customer projects, where you get the responsibility to ensure that the customers are offered the right solution, and that the solution is subsequently implemented and integrated efficiently into the customer's IT environment and with the customer's business processes.

Your primary task will be to handle the role as Team Lead, but you also participate in the customer projects from the initial clarifications and offers to negotiation and implementation. You will therefore handle both the customer's business needs and Kamstrup's solutions, to ensure the best possible solution for the customer.

In order to be able to carry out the role as Senior Solution Architect and Team Lead, your professional toolbox must contain knowledge and experience with several of the areas below:

• Management of smaller teams
• Integration principles and patterns
• Integration technologies, such as ESB, process flow modelling, XML, etc.
• Architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or similar
• Project management, contract management, offers and supply processes as well as process modelling

You must in the job expect approx. 15-30 travel days a year.

Personality matters
We are looking for a person with drive and the ability to represent Kamstrup professionally. You have a higher technical education as an engineer or similar with interest and experience in IT environments and business processes. Alternatively, you have a background as Infrastructure Specialist with a relevant education within system development. Moreover, it is a requirement that you have experience from major development or integration projects.

As a person you work proactively, structured and result-oriented with your tasks. You understand the customer's needs which enables you to always deliver the optimal solutions for the customer. Furthermore, you have an ambitious and professional approach to your tasks. You are outgoing by nature and manage to create trust with the customer. In addition, you are good at communicating across all organizational levels. You are team-oriented and ready to make a difference in your daily work.

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level – both orally and written. Danish and German will be an advantage.
