Description Are you looking for a position offering the possibility to work within a fast changing and professional environment with focus on Supply Chain Management and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)? If so – then you may be the candidate for the Supply Chain Planning department in Vestas. Supply Chain Planning - Management Support You will join S&OP team in the Supply Chain Planning organisation. This is a newly established function and you will play a key role in implementing and driving a new S&OP process in Vestas. Focus is on securing a transparent and efficient global balance between supply and demand on a longer and tactical / strategic time horizon. Responsibilities: Take lead and operate as first point of contact towards Sales and Manufacturing working closely with Global Sales Management and with Manufacturing covering 3 segments and more than 20 factories worldwide Prepare data, analysis and reporting for monthly pre S&OP meetings and Executive S&OP meetings Drive scenarios, simulations and business cases to secure a continuous optimization of Vestas P&L and cash flow Create transparency of long term capacity utilization, production footprint and Supply Chain bottlenecks Secure communication and implementation of decisions from Executive S&OP Qualifications: We expect candidates to have a relevant master's degree within business administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent Minimum 5-10 years of experience, of which several years come from Supply Chain Management and experience from working with S&OP processes Competencies: Strong project management skills combined with excellent analytical skills Ability to communicate complex financial information at executive level in a simple and transparent manner Ability to navigate in the environment of management, project and cross-functional stakeholders with separate agendas Desire and ability to operate in a complex Supply Chain Good system and business understanding What we offer: We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the world’s leading wind turbine producer.
