We are looking for an SEO Campaign Lead to help us grow and continuously improve the digital performance of our online assets across 30+ language markets.
Better Collective is an international award-winning company working to give punters and players a better and more secure igaming experience. We produce outstanding, user centric sports betting content and igaming products, that are second to none.
THE ROLE
As our new SEO Campaign Lead you will join a growing Digital Performance team and be responsible for developing and delivering off page SEO and outreach strategies which will have a positive impact on achieving top SERP rankings for competitive keywords on a huge portfolio of international websites.
You are digitally savvy with great experience in SEO campaigns and are proactive keeping up to date with the latest updates and trends within SEO. You will be reporting to the Digital Performance Team Lead and drive the agenda closely with colleagues across our different offices worldwide to ensure we continuously create a positive impact on rankings across our full portfolio of sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development, execution and oversee the implementation of SEO strategies.
Perform SEO analysis to identify the most high impact growth potential for our key performance indicators.
Follow SERP development to identify and move on market-specific opportunities and performance gaps.
Refining and implementing the off-page SEO strategy in key markets.
Perform prospecting and contacting 3rd party websites to distribute content and earn coverage for our websites.
Execute earned link-building campaigns and content outreach campaigns.
Work closely with key stakeholders from different departments across the group.
Monthly reporting on off page SEO efforts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the field of SEO, especially off-page
Fluent in English. Spanish as additional language is a plus, but not essential.
You are an excellent negotiator.
High level of integrity (managing large budgets).
You have great communication skills, both written and verbally.
Excellent time-management skills. You are well organised and never miss a deadline.
Hold an interest in automation. Happy to optimise the framework and processes for the team.
Passionate about reaching clearly defined business goals.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in online marketing agency, or hands-on with SEO driven projects
True self-starter and self-reliant with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Above average technical SEO knowledge.
Strong command of Excel.
Expert knowledge of various SEO tools to monitor site performance, such as; Majestic, AHrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog.
Experience working with non English speaking markets and partners.
