We are looking for a talented and energetic student with good English skills to provide editorial support by producing copy for employee news on the intranet. You will be working in the Corporate Affairs function at Carlsberg Group's headquarters in Copenhagen in a dynamic and international environment. The position Working on average 20 hours a week you will perform tasks such as: •Researching and writing stories in English •Proofreading and basic copy editing •Editing images •Publishing articles and images in SharePoint •Providing practical support for quarterly employee meetings and other internal events •Responding to emails sent to Carlsberg Group’s contact mailbox - in English •Supporting the organisation of Corporate Affairs conferences and other meetings Our preferred candidate We expect you to have the following qualifications: •You are about to begin graduate level studies within journalism, communications, PR or similar •You work independently. You are result-oriented and comfortable being part of a hard-working communications team that works closely with other departments e.g. Marketing and HR •Knowledge of SharePoint and a photo editing programme is an advantage •You are good at capturing the essence of stories and a skilled writer Application deadline Send in your application via the link below no later than August 15, 2016.
