Student Assistant to Workindenmark Odense The Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment is an agency under the Ministry of Employment. The agency is responsible for the regional Workindenmark centres. Workindenmark connects Danish companies and international job seekers. Established by the Danish Government and linked to EU’s employment service EURES, we offer a wide range of services to foreign jobseekers and Danish enterprises. Workindenmark consists of three centres located in Copenhagen, Odense and Aarhus. Workindenmark in Odense is looking for a student assistant for approx.. 15 hours a week. Your primary tasks: ¦Answering e-mails in English ¦Assisting jobseekers to register their CV in our CV-bank ¦Managing administrative tasks associated with the preparations of job search workshops, spouse programme, job fairs etc. ¦Assisting in “International Citizen Service” Your competences: ¦Serviceminded, communicative and flexible ¦High level of English, both spoken and written is a must ¦Knowledge of Danish is an advantage ¦Currently studying in Denmark We offer: •An interesting job in an international work environment •Friendly colleagues and good teamwork Terms of employment: Terms of employment according to the general agreement ‘Studiejob i Staten’ and HK.
