Support a team of business development specialists You join the Business Development & Implementation (BDI) team in our in-house Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA) where we drive execution of strategic and tactical initiatives. We take on a holistic and data-driven approach when working with our processes and tools. You will support a team of senior business development specialists working in close partnership with our finance department and project managers, and your tasks include: Maintaining and developing Excel-based tools and reports and consolidating these into global standards Carrying out root-cause analyses Performing ad hoc tasks such as data maintenance, uploads, etc. Join our connected community Our supportive team culture will encourage you to share ideas, try new things and make a real impact on the way we perform. You work approximately 2 days a week, and we are flexible in regards to your schedule and exams. An analytical approach to Excel and understanding our business We are looking for a candidate studying a Master's degree - maybe you are studying Economics or another relevant education at a business school. In addition, we expect the following qualifications: Experience in developing Excel-based tools, preferably from a similar position VBA/macro programming is an advantage but not a requirement A strong business sense and an analytical approach to finding lasting, high-quality solutions, always paying meticulous attention to detail A curious and open attitude to learning and engaging with your colleagues Great English skills Bringing it to life "As a student worker, you will step into a dynamic department central to the company’s future growth and strategy.
