Whether you join HR, Communications or CSR, you will be part of a global corporate function, working at a strategically and operational level. As you will be involved in real-life challenges and tasks, you assist with a wide range of assignments within the specific function, e.g. process optimisation, surveys, preparing presentations or alike. Also, you may participate in projects where you can draw from your skills and experience. As such, you need to show us where you can contribute, and thus actively take part in defining your tasks. As we have numerous other students, you will participate in our internal network hosted by the Graduates in Grundfos Graduate Programme. Here you can meet with other students to share experiences, gain more insight or just have fun in “Archimedes’ Club”. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? To be considered for a student opportunity within HR, Communications or CSR, you are studying at master’s level within HRM, Communication, Organisation or similar. You have an international outlook and speak and write fluent English. We expect you to proactively take initiative on new assignments, while taking responsibility to follow them through. You are ambitious with the intention to add value to the company, you join. You have good people skills and stakeholder management is a natural focus in the way you work.
