As team assistant, you will report to our VP of Sales and with additional reporting to Insigts team, Digital team, and NAB (Non-Alcoholic beverages) team. You will be part of a highly valued assistant team, with impact in a very interesting part of the commercial organization. Job profile: Daily administrative support to 4 teams in Group Commercial in HQ.The position is divided into three main areas of responsibility: •Assistant to the Vice Presidents and their teams of approximately 15 people •General floor support •Project support Your responsibilities: •General accounting in SAP: Processing invoices, follow up on payments, PO´s and responsible for maintaining and updating our budget tracker •Co-lead on budget phases both in planning of budgets and estimates •Function as Super User and go to person of all people in GC for support in our purchasing system, SAP SRM. Create PO´s if necessary for team members •Support teams with other administration support as Visa applications, registration in SAP, catering for meetings, registration of visitors, creation of new vendors, scanning of contracts to Legal, IT requests and other ad hoc tasks. •Arranging all practicalities and support if needed in the HR process, On/Off boarding of people, including preparing of intro programmes •Support in STA process for Value Management team •Project and various system support (e.g. Assisting with maintenance of the GC portal, our sites, org chart, current up2date content at all times) •Calendar management of VP´s – Daily maintenance, coordination of meetings, workshops, and team events •Re-invoicing of markets for various support •Back up to other assistants in GC •"Holding the fort" – i.e. providing professional and confident representation of the teams when they are travelling We are looking for a candidate who is: •An excellent team player, but - at the same time - able to use own initiative and work independently •A diplomatic, motivated and committed professional, thriving on involvement •Proactive and service minded with good social skills and strong communication skills and a "can do" attitude, not afraid to pitch in with a multitude of tasks – even outside job description •Able to keep the floor overview and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, but also able to prioritise when necessary •Good at managing a heavy workload under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and without losing an eye for detail •Experience as PA or team assistant in a highly commercial minded organization Interested… If you have any questions regarding this position, please contact Mette Hylleberg, Head of Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Group Commercial, mette.hylleberg (at) carlsberg.com Application deadline: 15/01/2016 Working hours: Full-time Working days: Day Location: Valby - Copenhagen Contacts: Mette Hylleberg Telephone: +45 3327 2832 Mobile: +45 2221 2832 Home page: http://www.carlsberggroup.com
