Do you speak German and one of the other Nordic languages fluently? And do you want to develop your IT and customer service skills within an innovative and international company? Then you might be Planday´s new Costumer Activation Consultant!

Planday is a modern cloud based online employee scheduling system, providing overview and automating manual processes for their customers. The online system makes employee administration, scheduling, communication and payroll management easier. More than 75,000 people are currently using Planday on a daily basis – and more are joining them each day. Planday is an innovative and international company, located in Denmark, Vietnam, Norway, and England. You will be working in Copenhagen where Planday is located at Islands Brygge in a modern New Yorker-inspired office environment. As a Customer Activation Consultant your primary tasks will be: - Help new customers getting started with Planday - Provide ongoing education and support to existing customers in the system via online customer meetings - Establish and maintain a great relationship with the customers - Maintain and update system data - Answer telephone calls, e-mails and online chats regarding product support, product inquiries and the like - Ongoing updates on customer data in Planday´s CRM-systems - Have a close dialogue with the rest of the Planday team and express drive, flexibility and a good sense of humor You will also be responsible for: - Making sure new customers are satisfied with the product and the process they have been through - Contacting and helping existing customers and making sure they are using the system to its full potential - Contacting customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions and covering their needs / retaining them - Selling newly developed features to existing customers

 

As Planday´s Customer Activation Consultant you: - Speak German fluently - Speak either Danish, Norwegian or Swedish fluently - Have IT-skills or flair for IT - Are service minded and structured - Have experience working in a high-paced environment - Are able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances It´s a big plus if you have lived/worked in Germany.
