We are looking to fill the position of Corporate Vice President Assistant in Biostatistics & Clinical Reporting. Reporting to the Corporate Vice President, you can look forward to a diverse role with many different tasks, ranging from administrative to project-oriented. About the department The CVP area consists of three main areas: Biostatistics, Clinical Reporting and Global Clinical Registry. Based in Denmark, we are a global team of more than 200 people responsible for analysing and reporting on clinical data in Novo Nordisk. Interaction with our colleagues in India, USA, Japan and China is a part of this role. The job As the CVP Assistant, you are offered a challenging and exciting position in Biostatistics & Clinical Reporting. Your key area of responsibility will be to support the CVP and the area. As the CVP Assistant, the primary focus is as Personal Assistant where you will support the CVP with scheduling, meeting planning, meeting minutes, recruitment, Power Point presentations, travel and other ad hoc tasks. Your job tasks will include financial controlling of the areas consolidated budgets, team building and staffing support, communication with internal stakeholders, quality and HCP compliance tracking, training etc. You will be a member of the Biostatistics & Clinical Reporting Management team and ensure that meetings are successfully planned and executed. You will have frequent interactions on scheduling and business meetings with other senior assistants throughout the organization. You will be a member of the Personal Assistant (PA) group in Clinical Operations and in this role you will drive cross-functional collaboration and initiatives across Clinical Operations. You will also chair your own administrative group within the CVP area. Qualifications It is required that you have an administrative education and minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in an international company. You demonstrate good business understanding and master professional communication skills. You have excellent budget management skills (Excel, SAP) and can take the lead on financial processes. It is an advantage if you have experience working with SharePoint and enjoy working with different stakeholders in HQ, affiliates and external agencies and possess personal/leadership skills. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic and engaged, has an eye for delivering high-quality results, and possesses a good business understanding. You are proactive and service-minded, have a can-do attitude, enjoy working under tight deadlines and master good coordination skills. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. Finally, you must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
