Description Global IT – Service and team oriented – Focus on customer needs Global IT want to strengthen our capabilities within IT support to the business organization in Radiometer by developing a high performing, global Service Desk. Overall responsibility for IT is at Radiometer Medical’s head quarter in Brønshøj, Denmark. Global IT is organized with IT teams and professionals spread out widely in our international subsidiaries around the world. We work closely together with the local site administrators who excel in responding to local requests – having a tight link to the central Service Desk team. Our goal is to make our customers “love their IT department” setting new standards for business understanding, supporting customer needs and set service levels to customer expectations. Expect up to 20 days of travelling per year. The short terms Challenges are: Prepare the service desk team for the ongoing growth in business globally meaning that competences, business understanding are well developed and ready to Initiate new technology globally based on customer’s needs. One example is support of Microsoft CRM that is being rolled out globally, which require strong leadership to define the global support setup and coordination with local CRM supporters in key subsidiaries. Define standard work for key support areas such as PC fulfillment and license management to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Set up relevant KPI´s and drive Daily management ensuring focus on the right support to the business and fulfilling customer expectations. Ensure that the Service Desk team is part of continuous improvement activities utilizing the team member’s knowledge and competences in order to use already available data. The job To become successful, you must ensure the presence of motivation and competences needed to fulfill the customers’ needs and expectation. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Daily visual management •Setting up relevant KPI´s for service levels •Efficient incident and request handling •Improve performance and service levels through continuous improvement activities •Monitor KPI´s for “First time fix” •License Management •Set the right team to support globalization Qualifications "Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values, and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment. However, we believe that the following formal qualifications/experience will improve your chances of success: •3-5 years of experience in a Manager/leadership role – preferable within a global IT organization •General experience in Information Technologies and systems. •Experienced in setting up and running daily operation of a global IT Service Desk •Experienced in Project Management •Experienced in leadership - Must be able to create followership through your personal leadership style •Results from previous jobs
