Job ID: 152746 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: Full time For our Procurement department in Brande we are looking for a Team Lead for Product Costing and Risk Management. What are my responsibilities? · Independent and reliable execution of reporting/controlling on platform level to provide a regular (management) information system and establish data transparency. Optimization of controlling processes. · Adherence to and deployment of top-down requirements (guidelines, KPIs) and controlling tools to ensure consequent process compliance. · Development of complex and comprehensive (ad-hoc) analyses, concepts, presentations and etc. to establish an objective and reliable foundation for management decisions. · Increase transparency in Procurement activities and occurrences within assigned areas of responsibility to assist and support business challenges and processes on functional level. · Optimization and efficiency enhancement of the controlling process during the selection, development and implementation of appropriate controlling tools (following superordinate requirements) for the assigned areas of responsibility. Leading/participating in workshops and projects to collect information and further develop the controlling function. · Independent definition, alignment and implementation of the Procurement Risk Management process and tools, including hedging process, bankruptcy risk management, geopolitical risk management etc. · Process ownership and responsibility for implementing raw material hedging; alignment of demand and cross-functional requirements as well as top management presentations and execution of aligned decisions taken. · Management of an international team of 3-4 full-time employees responsible for Product Costing and Risk Management. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration or Finance, combined with at least 3-5 years of experience from the wind industry or related areas. · You have experience, preferably on management level, from a multi-national company in the areas of controlling and processes. · You have excellent English skills both orally and in writing, and if you speak/write Danish or German this will only be an advantage. · You are result-oriented and dedicated.
