For our Engineering Change Management (ECM) Team within the Technology Department we are looking for a bright and dedicated Process Lead. The ECM process is one of the backbone processes in Siemens Wind Power, and here you get a chance to help drive, develop and put your signature on this. We are in a strong position to get the ECM process to the next level, and need a colleague who can drive the change management around it. As a Process Lead you will be responsible for increasing the transparency in our engineering change management, streamline the flow in our process, secure that cost/product impact is actively driven via engineering change management. We offer a very broad interface towards the rest of Siemens Wind Power. What are my responsibilities? · Act as the face towards our module and platform management · Analyze and communicate relation between ECM cases and product structure · Review and challenge planning and prioritization of design work · Provide technical insight to product and cost impact · Drive cases through system as case/platform lead What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an educational background within System Engineering, Business Development, Quality Management or similar · You are extrovert and have excellent networking and communication skills · You are robust and able to engage in a professional debate – and dare to stick to your opinion when challenged · You have a structured approach to your work and you excel in planning, keeping an overview and following up · You are proactive and pursue developments within area of responsibility · You have an analytical mindset and possess the ability to deep dive in structural and technical elements · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
