For our Supply Management Nacelle department in Brande, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead. The department is responsible for the sourcing of components for different turbine modules, various operational tasks including direct supplier contact and ensuring delivery documentation. What are my responsibilities? · Day-to-day management of 10-12 operational buyers covering various commodities (both large-scale and MRP-driven components). · Supporting operational buyers in solving various day-to-day tasks. · Ensuring the continuous development of the department’s employees. · Representing Supply Management in production plant meetings. · Acting as escalation body towards internal customers as well as suppliers. · Actively participating in cross-functional commodity meetings with focus on addressing operational issues. · Actively contributing to supplier allocation and evaluation. · Ensuring that tasks are executed according to Siemens guidelines. · Ad hoc tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar. · You are a responsible person with at least 2 years of leadership experience. · You have a supportive and empathic nature. · You are pro-active, result-driven and a good communicator. · You thrive in a dynamic environment. · You have excellent skills in English, both orally and in writing. · Preferably you have good IT skills and a basic knowledge of the MM module (SAP). In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
