Ideally, you are able to commit to a 6-month period of full-time work, however, for the right person we are willing to adjust to your studies, exams or any other student job. Detailed Description Many exciting challenges As our new trainee, you will experience a wide variety of tasks, which aim to make the most of your theoretical knowledge as well as provide you with opportunities to apply theory in practice. Your main tasks include: · Supporting our divisional Human Resources and Business Development & Marketing · Handling new or existing processes such as tracking and understanding the status of ongoing initiatives · Communicating a variety of topics to the Cement Division · Collecting and standardising information across regions Furthermore, we expect you to prepare reports, tables and graphs that summarize results as well as produce presentations to be used by the management. As part of your work, you will assist in the improvement of existing reporting tools and help to develop and maintain our performance management metrics. Finally, you will support the work of breaking down our strategy to enable tactical decisions that correlate with the overall goals of FLSmidth. Job Requirements Close to graduation at master’s level You are in the 7th to 9th semester of studying for your Masters degree as cand.merc., cand. soc., cand.mag. or similar. ”The right candidate is analytical and meticulous and well versed in working with MS Office, with particular flair for Excel and PowerPoint. Moreover, you are able to work professionally and take responsibility for the tasks you are given. You thrive in a high-paced workplace with tight deadlines and are able to keep a sense of perspective at all times. As part of your work, you will have to communicate internationally within our global organisation, therefore, we expect you to be fluent in English, both written and oral.
