In that case you should apply for the position as Training Coordinator in Material ManDev in Hillerød. About the department You will join a newly established Material Manufacturing Development (Material ManDev) department in Product Supply, Sourcing Operations, which will consist of 30 employees organised in three teams, when we are fully manned. We will be located in Hillerød from September 2015. We are responsible for coordinating transfer of raw materials from development to production and maintain documentation on existing raw materials. We will be cooperating with a variety of functions, including development, QC and QA for raw materials, and various Novo Nordisk production sites and external contract manufactures. The job As Training Coordinator you will report to the Director of Material ManDev and act as Training Coordinator and Personal Assistant. As we are a new department, you will have an important administrative and coordinating role in starting up this new department. Part of your job will be to implement the training system, providing rolling estimates on budgets and deliver monthly follow-up. You will handle department binders and documentation and you will arrange meetings and workshops. In addition, you will secure the administration of the department’s intranet page and you will drive the on-boarding of new employees. All in all, you can expect to get high influence and a position with a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic and ambitious environment. Qualifications You are service-minded, a team player and have a can-do attitude. You take initiative and like new challenges. You have a flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets. You are structured in your way of working and ensure that your tasks are completed timely. You have some years of experience from a similar position. You are an experienced IT user, familiar with the Office-package and therefore fully versed in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and preferably also have some knowledge of working with ISO-train and SAP.
