- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd Novo Nordisk’s Operational Excellence team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has ideally headed projects and worked with management processes and who enjoys optimising the company’s business processes. About the department Our multi-cultural unit has employees based in both Denmark and India, and is responsible for People Systems, Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), as well as the management of HR’s global project portfolio – including a current initiative to drive standardisation and optimisation across the people life cycle. Further, we act as the Executive Assistant support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate People & Organisation (CPO) in Novo Nordisk. The job As Senior Business Analyst your key job responsibilities are to: drive and improve business processes across Corporate People & Organisation, provide ad hoc support to the SVP of CPO and the Head of Operational Excellence & EA, support the Programme Manager of the Operational Excellence programme, and act as track lead within the Operational Excellence Programme. Our Centre of Excellence is newly created and is a cornerstone in the new Global People & Organisation Strategy. This means that you will have an excellent opportunity to be part of building up this area and contribute to the global HR agenda in Novo Nordisk. Qualifications Coming top of your class when you graduated, you hold a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a similar field. Today, you have 5 years or so of work experience, which has given you an understanding of how big international organisations operate, either within the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment. You have good experience with business processes and a documented track record of high work performance. You have an extrovert personality and are structured, efficient and effective. Your mentality ensures that you are flexible as you continuously strive for improvements – both in yourself and business processes. You have good interpersonal and communication skills which mean that you have the ability to reach agreements or compromises and convince others of new concepts and practices. Furthermore, you are able to be assertive, yet remain polite, and get on with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures. You balance multiple priorities while staying focused under pressure, and drive to meet agreed deadlines with high quality. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
