- Student & Internship - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for two engaged and dedicated Student Assistants to join the Business Support team in Product Supply Biopharm, the functional area manufacturing Novo Nordisk’s Biopharmaceutical products. About the department The mission of Product Supply is to be the best supplier of pharmaceutical products. This means that we have to supply customers with high quality products in regulatory compliance, with reliable delivery and at competitive cost. The Business Support team is responsible for logistic, strategic and financial planning processes and projects across the organisation, supporting this mission. We are looking for one student to join the Logistics team and one to join the Strategy & Project Execution team. The job As a Student Assistant in Product Supply you get the opportunity to learn about the pharmaceutical industry, our manufacturing processes and product portfolio. You will have the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practise. At the same time you gain industry experience and build an invaluable network of talented colleagues. Tasks include administrative support, daily assistance to colleagues, generation of reports, driving own ad-hoc analysis and continuous optimisation of processes and tools. As a student you can expect to get responsibility for driving tasks independently as well as in collaboration with the teams. Our students typically work around 15 hours a week and have flexible working hours which enable them to continue their studies. Qualifications We are looking for two students who enjoy working in a dynamic environment in constant change and who like to drive work both independently and in teams. You are detail oriented and structured, apply an analytical approach in your work and get motivated by performing both administrative and analytical tasks. We expect candidates to be service minded and have the ability to manage a large volume of tasks. Fluency in both Danish and English is an advantage. You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree within a relevant field, e.g. within Business or Engineering.
