- IT - Denmark - Måløv As Novo Nordisk is developing break-through oral formulations of insulin and GLP-1, we are expanding our clinical late phase organisation and facility. That is why we are looking for an IT administrator to take the challenge and join us in establishing and administer the new IT set up on equipment, facility and supporting systems. You will be a part of a new organisation with new challenges and opportunities. You will play a key role in the department as we are very focused in our effort to secure compliance, transparency and high cGMP standards. About the department Oral Protein Manufacturing Development is newly established department with 85 employees. The purpose of the department is handling late stage clinical trial drug manufacturing and preparation of filing documentation. This means qualifying the manufacturing equipment, setting and validating the manufacturing processes are key deliverables. Also the department will be responsible for operating the late phase facility. The job Your primary responsibility is the operation of our IT-systems and implementation of new systems in collaboration with our suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our IT-systems comply with current internal and external cGMP standards. You will be required to solve both practical tasks as well as documenting of these tasks in close collaboration with our quality department as well as administration of our IT systems. You will play an absolute key role in our business critical efforts to ensure and maintain the facility’s license to operate. Across your tasks and projects you therefore will have a close collaboration with different team members and other departments in OPF (Oral Protein Formulation), ensuring that our project time lines and deliverables are met. Qualifications Your previous career has provided you with solid experience with IT-systems within the pharmaceutical industry. You have worked with GMP and GAMP and in this you use your combination of a strong quality mindset, overview and keen eye for details. Preferable you have a solid background in computer validation/qualification. You thrive on handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment where everyone contributes to the team’s success with a positive attitude to challenges, dedication and a flexible attitude towards creating considerable results. You work independently and proactively securing the right level of compliance within your area of responsibility.
