As Global Performance and Engagement Manager you will create and implement a strategy for how to develop our performance management mindset – going from being focused on the process to being focused on delivering high impact development discussions. You will also build and implement a strategy to increase the level of engagement in our workforce. Additionally you will participate in strategic HR projects together with your team colleagues. You will become part of a HR community consisting of 50 HR professionals and join the Organisational Capabilities’ team responsible for all strategic HR development initiatives globally in Maersk Drilling. You will also network and collaborate with colleagues working in other business units in the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for driving and further developing the people performance management and engagement philosophy. In sum, you will be responsible for: People Performance Management • Improve the maturity level of how performance management is used in the continuous development of leaders, employees and organisation Employee Engagement • Prepare the annual engagement survey • Ensure continuous learning and development of leaders, team and individual including the input from the yearly engagement survey to further improve the employee engagement Ad hoc projects • Participate in strategic HR development projects supporting the organizational development together with other HR colleagues and the business Who we are looking for We expect that our new colleague is a team player with a strategic mindset and strong business drive. You see yourself as a business developer and will be able to grow our business in close collaboration with our leaders and other relevant stakeholders within HR. You possess good communication skills and is able to translate business needs into HR tools and processes. We are looking for a candidate with experience from a similar position or with a consultancy background. You hold a master’s degree and have minimum 4-7 years of experience.
