Our responsibilities include corporate income tax, transfer pricing and indirect taxes at group level with global reach, while our focus is on tax compliance, as well as tax planning where we support the business in making after-tax considerations and decisions. You will refer to Group Tax Director Lars Koue. “In our team, 3 colleagues are dedicated to transfer pricing, but we all work together, help each other and spar on our tasks and solutions. Team spirit is important to us, and we like to have funand laugh together, but at the same time, we also trust each other’s ability to solve and complete complex tasks,” Lars says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Transfer Pricing Manager, you can choose to work out of our office in either Bjerringbro or Farum. Either way, you work closely with another Transfer Pricing Manager and a student. Together, you work with advisors in all areas of transfer pricing, including transfer pricing audits, transfer pricing planning and risk management, restructurings and ad hoc queries from the business. Further, you are responsible for Grundfos’ global transfer pricing documentation, including planning and executing the yearly documentation process for the Group’s 75+ affiliates. You also take on ongoing restructuring projects from a transfer pricing point of view and drive standardisation and leverage transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking studies globally. “The challenge in this position is to understand the business. Grundfos is a complex organisation which you will need to get to know. But if you are able to transform complex knowledge into easy-to-understand material, you are part of helping to restructure and simplify the business,” Lars explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax or Law and 4+ years of experience working with transfer pricing in the industry or from consulting or tax authorities. Further, you have solid oral and written communication skills in English and strong analytical abilities. We consider it a plus if you have worked with transfer pricing enough to have gained the technical skills and the professional qualities necessary to step directly into the role as Transfer Pricing Manager. “As a person, you are a great relation builder. That is really important because you will not be able to do this job alone. You will have to talk to a lot of people and know who to talk to and what to address. So you have to be proactive and in our team, we definitely also value a passion for what you do and a good sense of humour,” Lars finishes.
