Ageras, a leading provider within the service industry, is looking for a new skilled and dedicated employee to join our Dutch sales team.

This role requires both fast results and long-term recurring success. Building, maintaining and managing sound relationships with current and prospective partners is key.

 

The position

We’re looking for a fluent Dutch speaker to join our sales team. You will work towards Dutch accountants or lawyers to build a partner base using the phone.Your goal is to create a match between the client who wants a new accountant or lawyer and your partners who provide the service. In the beginning you will focus on building up your partner base through canvas calling new prospects, and the focus will shift towards account managing your existing partner base through re-selling and relationship management.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Build productive, long-term, and profitable working relationships with partners
• Recruit, develop and manage partners
• Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities
• Ensure high customer service towards partners

 

 

You

• Speak Dutch on a native level
• Have experience in B-2-B Sales
• Have experience in relationship management
• Are experienced in building up and retaining own portfolio
• Have knowledge with outbound sales approaches (cold calling)
• Have strong negotiation skillsAre experienced in forecasting and reaching goals
• Are driven and self-motivated
• Are competitive and result orientedYou are expected to show a great deal of initiative, independence and execution.
