Alfa Laval’s new Water and Waste Treatment segment (PWW) is looking for an Industrial Water & Waste – Process Centre Manager The new PWW segment is looking for an energetic and experienced Industrial Water & Waste Manager who is a true team player. It is a key position due to the strengthened focus on taking the industrial water and waste business to new heights in the Process Technology Division. Your responsibilities • Lead and further build the industrial water and waste department • Provide and further develop process, application and product know how to grow industrial water and waste business • Owner of a business planning process for industrial water & waste across the division • Set the priorities for which applications and products to focus on in close cooperation with the Market Units • Motivate and combine the competences and resources we have in Market Units, Business and Product Centres, Sales Companies and E&S in order to grow the business • Lead temporary formed teams and steering committees • Develop business cases to drive investments to further grow the business • Be the ambassador for industrial water & waste treatment in the division • Be part of the PWW management team to guide the segment on strategic and operational issues for the best of Alfa Laval and PWW. Personal profile & qualifications • A technical education on university level • Proven management and leadership skills with strong business development capabilities • Minimum 10 years’ experience within industrial water and waste treatment processes and applications • Experience from developing and offering engineered waste stream solution. • A real team player and relation builder, with strong customer focus and good networking skills • Have the ability to lead and drive change activities across functional borders in a matrix organisation • Internationally oriented with good cross-cultural awareness.
